Our Story

Our company was founded in 1974 by Dempsey "Bud" Tomlinson and his wife Barbara.

In the 50+ years since, we have grown with Northwest Arkansas, developing into a multi-million dollar company with over 50 employees.

We fill an important need in our local market where high quality, reliable paving execution is crucial. As a trusted partner on large projects, we perform 95% of all work under contract in-house, subcontracting finishing details like striping and traffic control.
